Rolled lightly fried corn tortillas stuffed with your choice of cheese, shredded chicken, ground beef or picadillo (shredded beef), smothered with ranchero sauce, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sour cream and queso fresco. Served with rice and beans.
